Patricia Sánchez

Executive Director

Patricia was awarded a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She is currently finishing an Inter-university Master’s Degree in Methodology of Behavioral and Health Sciences (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Universidad Complutense de Madrid, UNED).

She has already worked at IE Business School, collaborating in the HR Benchmarking Club and coordinating the Emprendedores & Empleo Awards for Innovation in Human Resources, both projects of the HR Center.

In addition, she has participated in other projects, designing psychological tasks and psychological tests, and analyzing data for several research studies.
